Dear Ward members, Good morning. For your kind information, there was an attempted theft from motor vehicle or attempted theft of motor vehicle on BUCKLAND ROAD on FRIDAY 12/12/2025 at 03:46 AM. Unfortunately, we have not received any report of any items being stolen from cars or theft of motor vehicles. Losing personal items can be distressing. We appeal to the public for any CCTV / RING DOORBELL CAMERA. We would be interested if they have captured anything suspicious or if you see anything unusual in your street, even small things like someone checking car doors, cycling slowly between driveways or hanging around late at night, if so then please report it to the police via 101 or online report. The more information we receive from you, the better we can target patrols and spot patterns across that area and surrounding areas. Meanwhile, please copy and paste the links of some useful crime prevention advises on google chrome and please have a read and take appropriate action as necessary. Safer Neighborhood officers will be conducting further covert and uniform patrols around there and surrounding areas. Please come and meet with your local Police on SATURDAY 20/12/2025 from 11:00 AM – 13:30 PM at HOOK LIBRARY. Discuss any community concern or get leaflet with crime prevention advice about some common crimes happening locally so that you can beware and stay vigilant. Date is given below to the upcoming contact point: WEDNESDAY 31/12/2025 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at HOOK LIBRARY Report crime by calling 101 or in an emergency call 999. Remember, you can also report crime online on our website: https://www.met.police.uk To find out more information about our updated privacy practices and how we process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 please visit our Privacy Notice on the Met Police website https://www.met.police.uk/privacy-notice. If you do not wish to receive further communications from your local policing team, please inform us by replying to this email.
P.s: “Every neighborhood has its own shadows, and when you share what you know and stay aware together, you can make the whole area just a little safer, a little kinder, a little more awake. Take care, stay safe and be vigilant everyone”.
Thanks and kind regards, PCSO | Mohammad ARAFAT | 7118 SW |
